Removing of Methylene Blue Dye from Wastewater by Interaction Between Ceratophyllum demersum and Acinetobacter radioresistens

Abstract The textile factories are one of the main important problem will generate water pollution therefore, to reduce contaminant from wastewater before their discharge into environment. current study included investigate removal methylene blue dye by using aquatic plant Ceratophyllum demersu with Acinetobacter radioresistens bacteria. best concentration 30 mg/L was prepared application in basins. Four basin were used and fill river 20 liters, 100 g weight volume 900 ml liquid nutrient medium containing bacterial growth. visible spectrum four basins read during a period 0, 1, 5, 10 15 days start experiment. percentage treatment for fifteen %78.53 contain while %58.48 bacteria, 88.72% plan 9.85% control basin.. results proved that there is noticeable difference when bacteria involved treatment, this proves interaction between plants higher remove harmful compounds environment, including dye.
